Booking Notes

  1. Please note that your enquiry on date availability does not constitute a firm booking, by either party, until you have received a Booking Confirmation.
  2. Following confirmation of booking intent, the villa will be reserved for 5 business days to allow for payment of Deposit and completion of the Booking Form. A fully completed and signed Booking Form is required, providing guest details and contact information, before entry will be allowed at the villa.
  3. All prices are denominated and payable in pound sterling for the property per week. Payment is also accepted in Euros. To determine the equivalent in other currencies please use the reference Currency Converter.
  4. 30% deposit required on booking.
  5. Please confirm directly with us before booking flights.
  6. Preferred changeover day is Saturday, however, other days available on request. Please arrive after 4.00pm and leave by 10.00am on Departure Day.
  7. For bookings in low season, please contact us for more flexible arrangements.
  8. Last minute bookings (i.e. two weeks before rental period), if vacancy, may be available at a discount.
  9. Rental rates are ‘all inclusive’ and include the items displayed on the Accommodation Page.
  10. We regret that we do not permit pets.
  11. Only the persons listed on the Booking Form are permitted on the premises. Any changes will require completion of a new form.

  1. How can I pay for my Deposit and Rental Balance?
    We currently only accept payments by bank transfer.
  2. Will I receive any information on the villa and local area?
    You will receive a full info pack upon payment of the final balance. There is also a 60 page booklet at the villa with places to go, restaurants, hospitals etc. 
  3. How will I get to the villa?
    You will receive driving instructions to the Meeting Point, where you will be met by our English Manager.
  4. Do you cater for young babies?
    We have a baby bath, cot, monitor, liquidiser amongst other items. Baby sitting can also be arranged.
  5. Do I need a rental car?
    Yes-a car is necessary as the villa is located 5 minutes drive from Ostuni.
  6. Are there any extras to pay for?
    Rental rates are ‘all inclusive’ and include the items displayed on the Living Details Page.
  7. What is the depth of the swimming pool?
    The pool is 2.5 metres going down to 1 metre in depth. There are wide Roman Steps at the shallow end, for accompanied youngsters.
  8.  Is it a secure environment for children?
    The entire property is fully fenced with electric gates. Also, close to the pool there is a lawned area for children to play.
  9. What kitchen facilities are there?
    The villa has a fully equipped kitchen,as you would expect in any modern home. See Living Details for a summary of the facilities.
  10. Is it possible to arrange a late departure if I have a late flight? This may be possible on the departure day according to the estimated time of arrival of incoming quests.
